monthly KDHE or KACCRRA approved in-service workshops as well as approved
onsite trainings to meet your licensing and professional development
needs.

Have a question or
need advice? Child Start has a team of
professionals to help you. Our staff
includes Infant & Toddler Specialists, KQRS Coaches, Early Childhood
Specialists, and more. In addition,
Child Start is actively involved in or can provide more information about many
projects including the Infant & Toddler Project, KQRS, CDA, Accreditation,
and more.
Resource Library:
Child Start’s
Resource Library offers references, curriculum kits, videos, toys and equipment
available for check-out. Die-cutting and
laminating services are also available for providers. In addition to the Main Office Resource
Library, Child Start has satellite libraries located in many other counties.
Substitutes:
Caring 4 Kids is
Child Start’s substitute service. If you
need a qualified person to help in case of an absence, we can send a
fully-trained substitute to help. Not
currently available in all areas.
