PURPOSE OF PROGRAM – To help children develop a respect for learning with a healthy curiosity and desire to learn; to prepare the child with socialization skills; to provide a positive foundation in preparing children for the educational system; and to learn good values and morals.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES – Our students practice sharing; learn and use good manners; learn to be kind; learn colors, shapes, numbers, traffic safety, playground safety, and ABC’s. We do arts and crafts to encourage creativity. We have outdoor play or indoor exercises. Once a week we have a Bible story and try to practice good living everyday.
SCHEDULE OF SERVICE DELIVERY – We begin school the last week of August and then our preschool goes along with our public school calendar. We observe the same holidays as our public school. We have a Tuesday and Thursday class which meets from 9:00 to 11:00; and a Monday, Wednesday, Friday, class which meets 9:00 a.m. – 11:30. The 3-year-old children attend Tuesday & Thursday; the 4-5 year-old children attend Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS – Children must already be 3 by August 31 to enroll Tuesday/Thursday; and they must already be 4 to enroll Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Families already enrolled are given first choice; then we enroll on a first-come, first-served basis. The only requirements are a doctor-signed medical form showing all immunizations are current, and the child must be potty trained.
FEES - $35.00 pre-enrollment for books & supplies
$60.00 for 2-days/week
$90.00 for 3-days/week
Tuition is due at the end of the previous month.
