PURPOSE OF PROGRAMS – To identify the needs of the low-income and provide the necessary services to meet those needs either directly or by the appropriate referral.

Utilities assistance
Rent assistance
Vita Income Tax Assistance
Social Security Benefits counseling
Case management services
Personal hygiene pantry
Budget counseling
Emergency homeless assistance
Information and referral
Food Bank - emergency
Utilities must have “shut off notice” and on rent, need “eviction notice”. Utility bill or eviction notice must be in applicant’s name and applicant must have paid 2 of last 3 month’s bills. We require last 90 days income verification.
SCHEDULE OF SERVICE DELIVERY – Call ahead for appointment
Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday & Thursday
8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Tuesday & Wednesday
Closed Fridays
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS – Applicant’s must meet government income guidelines for most programs.
